Bungee cord, Simpsons and a summer of blindness...

You know those bungee cords, the ones you use for exercising?

Apparently putting one handle over your foot and pulling the other side toward your face isn't a great idea. One early summers afternoon on the couch, feet up watching the Simpsons feeling good after a few stretches its just what I decided to do.
