With an absence of Facebook, I've lost contact with a lot of people. It's not that I have anything against Facebook, I just found myself spending so much time doing nothing but looking at screen. Lacking in true human contact and taking the virtual to end my self inflicted solitude was no substitution. When it comes to be three thirty in the morning no ones on Facebook chat and I'm lurking others photo albums and profile comments I realized I had a problem, I'd have to cut myself free, give up this addiction.
Now that I've been free for a month I've decided to start a blog, without the social networking aspect yet still a place to share and for old friends to find contact.
